As they have each week for the past twelve years, the ROCrageous Sidewalk Ministry Team arrives at several different apartment complexes in Odessa with the ROCmobile (a Wells Fargo trailer that has been converted into a sound stage complete with puppet stage). And the children know it’s time! It’s time for games, songs, and fun lessons…time for characters like Rovercomer and Smacks the Gorilla…time for workers and teachers who love on them and share the love of God with them. ROCrageous Sidewalk Ministry is designed to Reach Our Children with the love of God, to challenge each child to dream big, work hard, and to turn away from things that would keep them from achieving their potential. And ROCrageous Sidewalk Ministry is there at other times throughout the year as well, helping with school supplies, Thanksgiving Blessing Baskets, and Kidz Christmas.
