What is a Oneighty ?
Reasonable question...at Odessa Christian Faith Center, Oneighty (or 180 for short) is the way our Youth have church every Wednesday evening! But, what does it mean? Oneighty means many things. It means a change of direction, it means a change in attitude, and it means much more! Come check us out, we'll be glad to explain it to you!
Our Mission!
Our mission is to be a compelling force for Christ, to be equipped with His Word, and to proclaim His message in our schools, our cities, and beyond!
Then Jesus said, "Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men." (Mark 1:17)
Where do I find Oneighty?
The Oneighty Youth Center is 18,000 sq. ft. of youth center located at 8828 North Andrews Highway in Odessa, Texas. Designed for the whole youth, one half of the building is a 600 seat auditorium we call the FORUM. In the FORUM we learn, we discuss, and we ROCK the HOUSE with praise!
The other half of the building? On the other side you'll find FOOD in the Arcade Cafe, pool tables, air hockey, foosball, Playstation 2's, and Caged Basketball courts! We told you, it's about hanging out and making friends, too!
Just head north on Andrews Highway out of Odessa. When you get to 87th Street (there's a 7-11 on the corner!) you get on the access road and continue north for two blocks. You can't miss the building, look for all the people your age hanging out, laughing, and just being themselves! We'll be looking for you!
What do you do at Oneighty?
At any given moment, at any given meeting...anything can happen! While you can count on praise and worship targeted to you (this is NOT your grandma's praise and worship!), along with solid teaching from the Word of God to keep us on track, you'll also find yourself from time to time lost in the 70's, gone to Discovery Camp, or smashed against the windshield of a Honda in a Car Squeeze!
Not much else I can tell you except if you aren't a part of it, you'll soon be hearing all about it! So one more time, just the facts:

More specifically: The Oneighty Youth Center, it's the big gray building with red trim and the sign that says "oneighty" on it!
When: Every Wednesday evening the doors open at 6:30 p.m. and we're open until 9:30 p.m.
