EXCEL Internship Program

      EXCEL is more than a program, it’s a lifestyle and a place where destiny meets reality. It is a life and ministry training program that is anything but ordinary. We challenge you to ask the question, “What could God do if I gave nine months of my life completely to Him?” Our goal is to prepare young adults for ministry and life in the following three areas: biblical foundation, practical ministry and life skills, and developing the heart of a servant. We believe that students will be the best of the best in our church as leaders and servants, leading the way in numerous areas of ministry. The word EXCEL means, “to show forth God”.
 

      At Excel you will be involved in many diverse areas of ministry. We understand that some students who participate in Excel may determine that they are not called into “full time ministry”, but they will fully understand that EVERYONE is called to “ministry”. We follow the biblical “Kings/Priests” concept. Kings are businessmen or those who will work in the secular field yet have an understanding of ministry, how it works, and the importance of it. Priests are those who are called into full time ministry and pursue that for their lives. In the Old Testament, the king was the provider for the kingdom of God and the priest was the one who carried out the work of the Kingdom of God. We see it as crucial that both Kings and Priests be discipled and learn practical ministry skills and how the local church operates.
